IN SEASON: $155.00 (Non Holidays) plus tax a night for double occupancy. Each additional person $10.
OFF SEASON: $135 plus tax a night for double occupancy. Each additional person $10.
Rooms 1 & 2 - garden views, one queen bed and full size pullout sofa.
Max. occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 small children.
Rooms 3 & 5 - river views, 2 queen beds. Max. occupancy: 4 people each.
Room 4 & 6 - front of building view, 2 queens beds. Max. occupancy: 4 people each.
Room 7 - river view, 2 queens beds. Max. occupancy: 4 people.
Rooms 8 & 9 - garden views, 1 queen & full size pullout sofa. Max. occupancy: same as Room #1.
Rooms 10 & 11 - river views, 2 queen beds. Max. occupancy: 4 people.
Room 12 - river views, including a view of the treehouse, 2 queen beds. Max. occupancy: 4 people.
Rooms 14, 15, 16 - garden views, 2 queen beds. With a rollaway, the maximum occupancy is 5 people.
STRAWBERRY INN POLICIES
Minimum Stay Requirement
2 nights for 3-day Holidays, otherwise, 1 night stay.
Sometimes we make exception to this policy for new reservations, if there are short openings
between reservations, or in the case of an unexpected cancellations.
Cancellations and Changes
There is a minimum $20 service fee applied to all cancellations and changes.
Changes may not reduce reservation below minimum stay requirements stated above.
Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to the reservation date, incurring only the $20 service fee.
Cancellations within the 14 day period are charged the full amount of the reservation.
If the room is re-rented for the same time period and at the same rate, only the $20 service fee applies.
Changes 14 days prior to the reservation date incur only the $20 service fee.
Changes within the 14 days prior to arrival are considered Cancellations and follow Cancellation rules stated above.
The Cancellation and Change policy applies regardless of weather, road and snow conditions or early checkout.
A no-show is considered a Cancellation and treated as such.
All cancellations need to be confirmed in writing by email.
Any type of claim regarding your reservation or stay with us must be made within 45 days from your check out date
Check-in time begins at 3 p.m. Check-in prior to this time may be possible at $10/hr or any part of it, but is not guaranteed.
Early check-in on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday or on a Holiday is very rarely a possibility.
Your reservation deposit guarantees your unit for late arrival. Staff is generally available to personally check-in late arrivals until 8PM in Winter months and 9PM in Summer months. After this time, you will find an envelope with your name written on it taped to the Strawberry Inn sign located in the main entry to the Hotel. The envelope will contain a key and a direction to your room, and a request that you visit the office in the morning to complete the registration process.
We are a no pet/no smoking facility for the benefit of all of our guests.
Detection of smoking in the room, halls or anywhere inside the building will be charged with a one-time fee
of $300 to your credit card without notice.
Damages and Cleanliness
Customers are expected to respect and leave rooms as found on arrival. It is understood that linens and towels will be used, but not soiled or stained beyond reuse. If missuse of the room is found after your check out, you will be charged, without notice, to the same credit card you used for your reservation. Photos will be made. All walkin guests paying cash will be required to pay a deposit, either in cash or by credit card. The money will be credited back to the guest by mail with our company check, or credited to their credit card after inspection of the room is made. A cleaning deposit is required to cover unusual cleaning expenses associated with your stay. This deposit is invoked only if we encounter excessive cleaning situations. We will inform you of the charges by email. Cleaning fees are $15 per hour, up to the deposit amount. Damage to rooms and/or grounds is charged at cost of repairs.
